In 2008, our Property Management division will be instituting new programs for clients including value-added monthly packages with enhanced communication options, pre-arrival staging, departure housekeeping and other services. Many of our property management clients have requested services similar to a “residence club” and we have been listening.
We will never rest on our laurels, and we not only welcome the new competition, but we welcome, as always, the challenge of exceeding the expectations of our homeowner clients and rental guests alike. We’ll keep our eyes and ears open to what’s happening with the “big guys” while continuing our commitment to excellence no mater the cost.
In this age of non-personalized, light speed electronic communication we will never abandon our philosophy of building strong relationships through old-fashioned means. Although they might be a bit more efficient, we believe that electronic relationships can never replace personalized service. Our guests and clients are more than a reservation or preferred guest number they are our passion. Which is why we look forward to serving clients old and new, again and again in the many seasons to come, no matter who moves in next door!!!
