“Our experience with Peak Properties, has exceeded every expectation that we ever had - and we had pretty high ones. They are, quite frankly, a truly incredible personal service organization.
When we first purchased our home in Vail we contracted Peak Properties to manage it for us, and to be our local representatives for virtually all matters concerning the home. Peak Properties functioned as our agent during this eight-month million-dollar project, coordinating with contractors, movers, decorators, utility companies, and every other agent we needed to deal with. During the entire project, not a single thing was overlooked. My trust in them was so strong, I literally visited the site only once, and only since I happened to be in the area.
Prior to every arrival that we make at the home, Peak stocks the house precisely to our specs, sets the heating elements, preps the fireplace, sets flowers around, and have the lights on for our arrival. We can literally walk in, strike a match to the fireplace, and cook up dinner. Whenever we have the need, they pre-arrange restaurant and activity reservations, arrange chefs and caterers for us, and other custom services. While we are there, they arrange for daily housekeeping, are on call 24 hrs a day, and even come and take the garbage cans out to the curb on pickup day and return them later. Importantly, they quickly learned our “profile” and most of what they take care of for us, is from their “knowing” us. We don’t have to ask for things again. They anticipate our needs and wants, but always call to verify if there is any doubt. The experience is quite literally, as good as any five star resort we’ve ever stayed at.
In short, Peak Properties is never more than a cell phone call or an e-mail away, and treats my family and me like we are their only clients. They are courteous, responsive and timely, efficient, and always have smiles on their faces. This may sound like a “too good to be true” endorsement, but it is entirely true and that’s why I highly recommend Peak Properties to anyone who is seeking premium private home management services in the Vail Valley.”
